Acu30 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the rules and conditions governing the use of the acu30 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are binding on all users who access or use the acu30 platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the acu30 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the acu30 platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the latest updated version.
The acu30 platform is exclusively for individuals aged 18 years of age and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age required under the laws applicable in Malaysia.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at acu30 at any one time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. acu30 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to maintain platform integrity.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Please use a strong, unique password and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
Acu30 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a user of the acu30 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules without exception:
- Not to use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Do not attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with any systems, servers, or networks associated with acu30.
- Not to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform.
- Not to spread false, deceptive, or misleading information that could damage the reputation of acu30 or other users.
- Not to engage in any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation in any game or transaction.
- Not to access another user's account or act on behalf of another person without valid written authorisation.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and acu30 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
Payment Information & MYR Transactions
Deposit
All deposit transactions on the acu30 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to them.
Acu30 does not accept deposits via credit cards or any unauthorised third-party payment methods. Deposits suspected of originating from illegal activity will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same user's name. acu30 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals that require additional verification may take longer to process. Any attempt to withdraw funds via unauthorised methods will be rejected, and the associated account may be suspended.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by acu30 are subject to specific terms set at the time of the offer. Users are required to meet the stipulated wagering requirements before any bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash. acu30 reserves the right to void bonuses if the conditions are not met or if misuse is suspected.
Liability Limits & Disclaimer
The acu30 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. acu30 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, acu30 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Users acknowledge that participating in games available on acu30 carries financial risk and that they are solely responsible for their own gaming decisions.
Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content, designs, trademarks, logos, icons, images, text, software, and other visual elements found on the acu30 platform are the property of acu30 or its respective licensors and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from acu30.
Account Policy, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
Acu30 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or illegal activity, the user's own request, or at acu30's discretion for reasonable cause. Upon account closure, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user once all reviews are completed, unless the closure is due to a terms violation.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The acu30 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for informational convenience only. acu30 has no control over the content of those third-party sites and is not responsible for their privacy policies, content, or practices.
Amendments to Terms
Acu30 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
